All travel arrangements, airfare, car rental, extra and overweight luggage baggage premiums, lodging, meals and incidentals will be provided by client. All travel prearrangements to be made and confirmed in writing by carriers and other vendors no later then 45 days prior to wedding date.

Car travel of 2-4 hours one-way require a premium of .35 per mile as determined by online-mapping services and may require additional arrangements such as lodging; these circumstances will be addressed on an individual basis.
